"UPHOARDING" initiative #1

As part of the Design Week Toronto 2012, FG presented the story of an every day object - a ubiquitous 20 pound propane cylinder and how it was re-purposed for public benefit.

The project spotlighted our term "UP-HOARDING", which describes the methodology of creating something useful - like the BOMBA light fixture from de-commissioned propane tanks. A.K.A. Barbecue tanks.
